- 1. After threading the cable of the float switch through the central concave circular hole of the weight, please separate the four small snap fasteners with holes in the weight. Gently push the weight to the desired position for fixing and setting the liquid level, then pull it out to the required adjustment position. 2. If the snap fasteners on the weight are damaged or too loose, use bare copper wire of the same diameter to secure them, or use a nylon tie for a tight fit (the weight is included as an accessory). Figure 1: Please run the cable directly to the control box and avoid using intermediate joints as much as possible. If joints are unavoidable, ensure that the cable joints are not immersed in liquid. II. Performance Characteristics: The float control switch is a switch capable of adjusting the liquid level in tanks, troughs, or wells. It is an environmentally friendly float switch that is self-adjusting, easy to operate, simple to install, safe, reliable, maintenance-free, and recyclable. It can be used for water supply control and drainage control. It is resistant to sewage and widely used in containers such as pools, oil, acid, and alkali tanks, barrels, troughs, and tanks in households, factories, and mines. For example, connecting two controllers in series—one placed in a water tower and another in a well to control the water pump—can prevent damage to the pump equipment due to running dry from insufficient water sources. Alternatively, three controllers can be connected in series: one in the water tower, one in the filtration pool, and one in the river (or well) to simultaneously control two pump units. III. Installation and Wiring Methods: Using brown and black wires: - When the float is at the lower liquid level, the contact is closed (on). - When the float is at the upper liquid level, the contact is open (off). Using blue and black wires: - When the float is at the upper liquid level, the contact is closed (on). - When the float is at the lower liquid level, the contact is open (off). IV. Technical Parameters: Rated current and voltage: 10A (8A) 250V~ / 5A (2.5A) 380V (built-in switch capacity). Note: Personal safety is paramount! Do not connect directly to the water pump.
